GENERAL CLINIC GUIDELINES:
In compliance with the guidelines put in place by Shared Health, we will only allow patients with appointments to enter our clinic. Family members & drivers will be asked to wait in their vehicles. Please note that if you arrive very late or very early for your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you. Thank you for your patience & understanding.

ATHLETIC THERAPY GUIDELINES:​
- Patients are screened prior to booking an appointment and are not given an appointment if they have COVID-19 symptoms.
- No accompanying visitors will be allowed, with exception for patients requiring support or a parent/guardian for minors, and must be screened prior to booking along with successful pre-screening upon arrival.
- ​If any pre-screening answers/symptoms change within the 24 hours of appointment, notify the clinic immediately.
- Please note that if you arrive very late or very early for your appointment, we will not be able to accommodate you.
- A MASK OR FACE COVERING IS REQUIRED TO ENTER OUR FACILITY.
- Hand sanitizer available at entrance.
- Athletic Therapy patients will be asked to go straight to the basement for their appointment.
- Athletic therapist will be wearing a mask. Hands will be thoroughly washed between each patient.
- Commonly touched surfaces will be sanitized between patients and after use of area/item.​
- ​Treatment provided will be within reasonable physical distancing within the Scope of Practice of the athletic therapist.
